The platform has integrated Asset and Fleet management modules also. The platform incorporates robust security features—including three levels of protection, role-based authorization, and section-level controls—to safeguard sensitive information by design.
The platform enables end-to-end digital management of the entire property lifecycle: from land registration, inspections, and maintenance to valuation and disposal—accessible instantly and securely. Maintenance workflows are now fully digital, with requests, approvals, cost tracking, and closure processes streamlined and auditable, ensuring accountability and efficiency. Digital valuation requests and approvals are tracked throughout their lifecycle, ensuring transparency and quick turnaround times.
For tenants, the onboarding process is now entirely online, with verification, lease registration, and documentation submitted securely step-by-step. The entire lease lifecycle—from documentation to invoicing, rental payments, and automated notifications—is managed within the platform, with every transaction logged and receipts auto-generated, fostering trust and accountability. The introduction of smart invoicing automates bill generation, sends reminders instantly, and accelerates collections—all within a transparent, traceable system. Real-time dashboards—covering verification, validation, valuation, lease, maintenance, and financial metrics—provide NHC staff and management with critical insights for informed decision-making
