At Kumulsoft Limited, we are committed to ensuring that our clients make informed decisions before subscribing to our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.
We provide thorough product demonstrations, consultations, and onboarding support prior to subscription to ensure that our platform meets your organizational needs.
Refund Policy
Kumulsoft operates on a No Refund policy. Once access to our SaaS platform is provisioned, payments made toward subscription are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Monthly and annual subscription fees
- Add-on module fees
- Setup or configuration support (if applicable)
If there is a service disruption or technical issue on our side, our team will work diligently to resolve it. Compensation or credits (if any) may be considered at the discretion of management on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their subscription at any time directly from the platform.
- Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
- After the subscription expires, access will be automatically disabled.
- No additional charges will be made after cancellation.
