Our History

Looking ahead, we aim to formalize our commitment to government digital transformation by signing an MOU with the Department of Information & Communication, PNG. This partnership will enable us to deliver all government FAMS services via SaaS, fostering greater efficiency, transparency, and innovation in public service delivery.

In a significant shift towards modern technology, we transitioned from traditional on-premises software licensing to a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. This move allowed us to provide more flexible, scalable, and accessible solutions, ensuring our clients stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

We signed our first large-scale FAMS project with the National Broadcasting Corporation of Papua New Guinea, covering all 22 provinces. This landmark achievement showcased our capacity to deliver nationwide solutions that enhance transparency, efficiency, and service delivery across government sectors.

Our dedication was recognized when we were awarded the MSME Digital Innovation Award for the Best Innovative Micro Enterprise in Papua New Guinea. This accolade validated our efforts to harness technology for meaningful impact and motivated us to push boundaries further.

To better reflect our growth and vision, we rebranded from PacSoft to Kumulsoft. This name change signified our evolution into a comprehensive technology provider dedicated to national development and innovation in Papua New Guinea.

Building on our initial success, we developed the Legal Practice Billing Software (LPBS), empowering law firms and legal practitioners to manage their billing processes efficiently. This expansion showcased our dedication to developing customized solutions that address the varied needs of our clients.

Kumulsoft was founded as PacSoft, marking the start of our journey to revolutionize business and public sector management. We registered with the Investment Promotion Authority (IPA), establishing a solid foundation to develop innovative software solutions.
