We are seeking a  Lead Technical Support Engineer  to take ownership of Kumulsoft’s internal IT infrastructure and lead technical support for our enterprise clients and software platforms. This role requires strong technical depth, excellent communication in English, and a professional, client-facing presence.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and developers, ensuring issues are understood, documented, and resolved effectively.
