This live, hands-on Fixed Asset Management (FAMS) workshop is designed to build practical institutional capability in managing public and organizational assets using modern, integrated digital systems.

• Lease Management – lease agreements, terms and conditions, lease revenue or obligations, expiry tracking, and compliance monitoring along with Auto Invoicing and Payment collection and Reminders.
• Inventory Management – stock control, movement tracking, and reconciliation
• Document Management – secure asset documentation, approvals, and audit trails

• Depreciation methodologies and system-based calculation
• Capitalisation rules and asset classification
